Summary

I build AI systems for workdays that are messier than demos: inboxes, documents, routing, auth, email, and local models that need to fail gracefully. Before this I was on the business side — recruiting engineers for Google and Amazon at TEKsystems and running sales ops at Rackspace. That combination is the useful part. I can talk to the operator, build the thing, and debug it when reality gets weird.
